Great pix of Zorita! In later years she owned a night club in Florida. She can be seen dancing against a giant spider web in the movie “Naughty New York.” I believe her snakes were often named “Elmer.” There’s a book about classic burlesque entitled Pretty Things by Liz Goldwyn that has some interesting material about Zorita.
