Gina “angelabella” Pane, a ProDomme, claims that officer Erik Ward of the Greenburgh, NY police department used his position to force professional services from her.
She was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana. She claims several police officers sexually harassed her at headquarters as they processed the arrest after seeing sex toys in her car and learning that she was a dominatrix.
She said Ward was there and that he discussed peculiar sexual activities that interested him and asked if she engaged in those activities. He called her several times after she was released and the following day, she claims, she met Ward near her Rye Brook home, and they engaged in sexual conduct.
Ward is accused of discussing Pane’s arrest with her and of soliciting her to become an informant before getting her to perform certain acts for his sexual gratification.
