Hideka Tada is best known as Hideki Nonomura, Japan’s most popular S&M cartoonist. In Japan’s very different culture he has been the producer of bestsellers. Tokyo police arrested him once it was discovered that he’d been using and abusing unwilling models to create his artwork.
