Proctor and Gamble has taken exception to a sex toy vendors attachment for the company’s lines of electric toothbrushes. The Brush Bunny Electric Toothbrush Rabbit Vibrator sparked a long, long communication from P&G’s lawyers warning:
“Our client’s trademarks should not be used to promote and sell third-party products nor indeed should they be promoted by third parties for any purpose other than that for which they were intended … “
