Postcards of pretty girls in bikini are certainly a great cultural threat aren’t they?

A Rio de Janeiro state legislator has filed a bill that would make it illegal to exhibit or sell postcards showing women in scanty dress, if they clash with the tourist attractions the cards ostensibly show.

The bill would eliminate the popular postcards that show Brazilian women in tiny bikinis, known popularly as ‘‘dental floss.”
