An American judge has ruled that the torture photos of Lynndie England and others abusing prisoners must be released however littl the US government or military may like it.
Judge Hellerstein said America “does not surrender to blackmail, and fear of blackmail is not a legally sufficient argument to prevent us from performing a statutory command.
