Dr Igor Knyazkin, curator of St Petersburg erotica museum say people rub Rasputin’s penis in the hopes it will make them more sexually potent. He also gets some odd phone calls.
“Some people have got this idea from the Rasputin exhibit that I am a penis collector of some kind.
“I get phone calls from people asking how much I would pay them if they cut their own member off for the museum. In one horrific case, a man offered me the dissected penis of his dog.”
