Man hopes to bring class action lawsuit against makers of penis-enlargement products

Jeffery Horton is trying to lead a class action lawsuit against Leading Edge, TechniPak LLC, Advanced Botanicals Ltd. and other makers of penis enhancers. While the judge may be on his side many of the companies’ customers may be too ashamed to admit they ever bought anything.

More than 400,000 customers of a Canadian company that sells penis-enlargement products may be eligible to join a lawsuit claiming the oils and herbal supplements don’t work, a Denver federal judge ruled Wednesday.
