The neophyte senator filed Senate Bill No. 1892 that seeks to punish the publication, broadcasting and exhibition of pornographic materials that appear in non-traditional media. …
Revilla proposes a penalty of 12 to 20 years imprisonment and a fine of not less than P250,000 for persons who publish, broadcast, exhibit, seek, solicit, acquire, sell or give away pornographic materials.
The same penalties apply to persons who are found in possession of pornographic materials with the intent to distribute them.
