Nudity is not inherently sexual

» General

A journalist visiting a nudist camp ponders the taboo surrending public nakedness.

“There are studies that show kids raised in a nudist society don’t relate nakedness with sexuality at all,” she says.

So why do the rest of us?

Nakedness used to be pretty normal, until those 19th-century prudes called it sinful.

Hemlines dropped, necklines rose, and because one always desires what one can’t have, soon it took only an ankle peeking seductively from under a full-length skirt to send a man into cardiac arrest.
