I sometimes regret that I didn’t move to Vermont, a state much more to my taste than the Southern backwater where I live. Brattleboro teens have taken advantage of the legality of public nudity, which is OK unless “it’s done to arouse sexual gratification.”
When the weather grew hot this year, a couple of dozen teens took to holding hula hoop contests, riding bikes and parading past the shops wearing only their birthday suits.
