A man who had deserted basic training was found, arrested and:
… taken to Boulder County Jail, where staff found three pairs of panties in [Christopher] Mauger’s shirt pocket and said he was wearing a woman’s thong beneath his boxer shorts.
He isn’t willing to explain why he had the undergarments, the Army isn’t transvestite friendly.
