Jeffery Polizzi is only the latest man to be caught using a tiny digital camera to take photographs of women not the first. I remember some years back a fellow was using a camera with a mirror to take photographs up women’s dresses - called upskirting at the time - in Wal-Mart (now, there’s a lust-filled venue).
“He cut about a 2-inch hole to put a camera in,” Carrillo said. “It is unusual. It’s the only one that I know of around.”
Police said Polizzi confessed to concealing a small digital camera in his shoe with the lens pointed up through a hole he cut in attempt to photograph naked women.
