Ronald Dotson has an uncontrollable lust for window mannequins. Evidently nothing can help him control his fetish for lifeless plastic models of the female form.
“Mr. Dotson went to prison and they haven’t helped him,” said his lawyer, Edward Cohn. “He got out of prison and he was right back out there. It’s pretty bizarre.”
