A British man with a compulsion for self-exposure adapted his door mailbox so that he could insert his penis, exposing it to the outside world.
His defense attorney admitted:
“This is clearly bizarre behavior.”
The judge advised him:
“You have clearly got a problem which you need to overcome.”
The mailbox flasher was sentenced to the equivalent of two years probation.
