I’m no fan of penis enlargement products but that the many filed his lawsuit so quickly and without trying the product that he bought makes me wonder if his original intent was to start a class action lawsuit.
[Harold M.] Hoffman filed the lawsuit, for which he sought class action status, in November 2007, six days after ordering the product, Herculex, from the mail-order health foods supplier, Hampshire Labs Inc. The appeals court decision noted Hoffman apparently filed his lawsuit based on the ingredients of the topical ointment with no indication that he ever even tried the product
