On Tuesday, a 10-member jury in a Bergen appeals court had a different opinion. They took seriously her male victim’s complaint that she had performed oral sex on him without his consent, while he was asleep, and ruled in his favour.
The woman consistently denied guilt, and had claimed that the sexual contact between her and the now-32-year-old man was consensual.
