I don’t know how they determined that the cows found it cruel but animal cruelty charges have been added to the case of ex-police officer Robert Melia who had cows fellate him.
Interestingly:
Due to the nature of the investigation, authorities did not reveal how they uncovered the incidents involving the cows that occurred on four separate occasions …
Perhaps someone was too fascinated by the performance to immediately report it.
